This retreat offers a safe and restorative space to reset mentally, emotionally, and physically while building meaningful connections with like-minded women.

The purpose of Permission to Pause is to create a sacred and intentional space where women leaders can temporarily step away from the constant pressure to perform, produce, lead, and pour into others—so they can reconnect with themselves, restore their well-being, and realign with their purpose.

Meet the Co-Creators

The curators of this retreat hold many titles, just like the women we are called to serve. While only a few roles are listed below, we could never capture the many directions women in leadership are pulled in daily. We created this retreat because we understand what it means to lead at home, at work, and within our communities while often placing ourselves last. This space was intentionally designed to pour into and support the women who so often carry everything for everyone else.
